Direct Support Professional- East Syracuse

Exceptional Family Resources is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide respite services to a sweet and energetic teenage girl with some communication challenges in East Syracuse. In this role, you will assist her with participating in activities in the community, such as going to the YMCA, Get Air, or the zoo. She enjoys being outdoors, doing arts and crafts, swimming, music, and dancing. The ideal candidate would be willing to do some personal care.

A driver's license and a vehicle are required. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Hours and days of work:

M-F 4pm-7pm; One-two evenings per week, schedule will be discussed with family

Payrate $20.50

In efforts to continue to recruit and retain the best staff, Exceptional Family Resources is pleased to announce the 2024 Employee Retention Bonus. The first bonus will be a payment equal to 3% of wages earned from 1/21/2024 to 6/8/2024. The second bonus will be a payment equal to 3% of wages earned from 6/9/2024 to 11/9 /2024.
