Excelsior Communities is a Fast growing Property Management Company with a great work environment located in Rochester. We currently have a Maintence Supervisor position available, and are looking for a Professional, highly motivated candidate to join our team!

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
General Repairs.
Completing work orders
Updating status of work orders
Turning over vacant units
Report any maintenance concern.
Upkeep of landscape (winter & summer).
Contacting the proper authority about any maintenance that cannot or is not done in-house.
Report on readiness of vacancies for next step or move-ins.
Keep record of inventory and restock or report to proper authority to restock inventory when
needed.
Reports any problems or issues to property manager.
Hand over records of any transactions to proper authority.
Does move-in and move-out inspections
Make sure to Keep grounds clean.
See to it that property has a great curb appeal.
Be on emergency call
