Position: Scheduling Coordinator 

Salary Range: $21 - $23/hr

Location: Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation Center, Brandon, Florida

Job Description:

• Coordinate and schedule clinical staff, with a particular emphasis on CNAs, LPNs and RNs.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet facility requirements.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and address any scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staff schedules and availability.
• Respond promptly to scheduling changes and address any unforeseen staffing challenges.
• Communicate effectively with staff to ensure clarity regarding schedules and any changes.

Key Responsibilities:
