Responsibilities of an RN Unit Manager:
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain high standards of patient care
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department
- Address complaints and grievances promptly and effectively
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Participate in quality assurance activities and committee meetings
- Ensure residents and families receive compassionate and high-quality service
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid New Jersey RN license
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
