Schedule: Weekend Double Shifts 7-3/3-11

Pay Rate: LPN - Up to $33; RN - Up to $44

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage the procurement of prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment.
• Devise and execute personalized care plans tailored to the specific needs of residents during nighttime hours.
• Conduct meticulous wound care, treatments, and medical procedures.
• Thoroughly document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to resident care, ensuring comprehensive records.
• Adhere rigorously to confidentiality protocols and resident rights, in full compliance with HIPAA policies.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a valid RN or LPN License in the State of Florida.
• Preferably, a minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long Term Care, with managerial exposure.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leadership and managerial capacities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
