Pay Rate: $17-$20/hr

Job Description:

As a Rehab Tech/Aide, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Therapy staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our rehabilitation programs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating with Therapy staff to implement the "Functional Maintenance Program"
• Assisting Therapy staff with patient interventions as required
• Guiding and transporting patients to the Rehab Gym and back to their rooms
• Replenishing rehab materials and maintaining inventory
• Ensuring cleanliness and sanitization of treatment areas and equipment
• Upholding safety standards throughout the facility
• Completing necessary documentation to support patient care and facility operations

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Compassionate attitude towards patient care and well-being
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for all residents and staff
