Salary: $17 per Hour

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school/GED diploma
- HHA/CNA certificate preferred but not required
Job Duties:
- Perform floor ambulation for residents as prescribed by the rehab department/MD
- Administer AAROM/PROM for residents as indicated
- Clean and sanitize surfaces and equipment as part of the functional maintenance program
- Transfer residents in/out of the wheelchair as part of functional maintenance
- Ensure proper application/removal of splints/braces by nursing staff as per MD order
- Report any inconsistencies, functional changes, or skin integrity issues to the nursing manager and/or rehab director
- Document all FAP distance and level of assistance daily in EMR
- Conduct group wellness exercises with residents on the units as directed by Rehab therapy staff
- Other duties as assigned by the Rehab director
