Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Salary: up to $41

As an integral member of our nursing team, you will:

• Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to uphold top-tier care standards.
• Oversee and ensure the Nursing Department operates within current guidelines and regulations.
• Monitor and mentor nursing service personnel to foster growth and adherence to their roles.
• Actively participate in facility surveys and inspections, facilitating a culture of constant improvement.
• Address complaints, ensuring each concern is acknowledged and addressed in a timely manner, maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

• Valid RN License in the State of New Jersey.
