Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficient in English
- Ability to make independent decisions

Job Duties:
- Collaborate in planning and implementing recreation programs
- Monitor resident attendance and behavior for program evaluation
- Participate in community planning and discharge planning
- Involve residents and families in program planning and goal-setting
