Minimum Qualifications:

• Current RN license and registration in New Jersey
• Minimum 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long-Term Care, including managerial roles
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirement

Job Duties:

• Evaluate and lead day-to-day operations in compliance with regulations
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the Nursing Department
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the quality assurance program
• Participate in facility surveys conducted by government agencies
• Conduct daily rounds to ensure adherence to nursing standards
