Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year
Acclaim Rehab and Nursing Center in Jersey City is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Maintenance to join our team. As a leading facility committed to providing exceptional care to our residents, we are looking for an individual who shares our passion for excellence and making a difference in the lives of others.
Job Description:
- Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, generators, painting, etc.
- Strong understanding of maintenance operations
- Ability to oversee all aspects of maintenance and coordinate department operations and personnel
- Proficiency in inspecting equipment and facilities for performance, safety, and upkeep
- Experience managing maintenance staff schedules and responsibilities
- Proven track record of maintaining accurate records of repairs, warranties, and inspections
- Knowledge of legal standards and ability to ensure compliance
- Ability to supervise the completion of necessary repairs and updates
- Willingness and capability to respond to emergency calls
