Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
Job Duties:
- Welcome new residents and their families, providing necessary information
- Conduct rounds on each floor to address residents’ needs and concerns
- Maintain a daily log, ensuring follow-up on raised questions or issues
- Assist residents with the discharge process and conduct follow-ups
