Charlotte Bay Rehabilitation and Care Center is currently accepting applications for the Assistant Director of Nursing- ADON position. As an ADON, you will report directly to the Director of Nursing and cover when the Director of Nursing is not in the facility

Salary: $95,000- $105,000 annually

ADON DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating a safe, healthy work environment that supports delivery of high-quality resident care. 
• Creating a culture where highly engaged team members are able to contribute to the best in resident care and to grow professionally.
• Assuring the best resident care by supervising and directing Nursing Personnel
• Serving as a liaison for all nursing staff and nurse management
• Making decisions regarding nursing and unit problems
• Attending and supervising wound rounds weekly
• Participating in facility surveys
• Communicating effectively with staff, physicians, and resident’s families

ADON QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Registered Nurse, graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, with a current and valid RN license in the State of Florida
• Long-term care experience is amust.
• Ability to work well under pressure, problem-solve, and multi-task.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required.
