Overview:
We are looking for someone to help with our marketing efforts and provide administrative support to our management team. Excellent Networks Provides IT support for businesses in the El Paso area. We would like someone that is detail oriented, creative, and can provide marketing ideas for social media posts, marketing videos, and marketing campaigns.

Duties:

• Provide administrative support to the management teamAssist in setting up for educational videos
• Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
• Posting educational and marketing content on Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
• Creating a content distribution process that can maximize the video, blogs, and other content that we create
• Attend weekly meetings with the owner of the company to brainstorm creatives and marketing strategy
• Utilizing basic editing tools to assist in creating and editing video for website and social media
• Assist in creating a monthly client newsletter
• Assist in the ideas and management of direct mail pieces to warm prospect

Experience

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to edit video and use software tools such as canva
• Portfolio – feel free to submit any marketing or creative work that you have completed in school or personal time
• Understanding of marketing fundamentals and content creation and distribution

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
