Job Summary:
We are seeking an independent and dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in home infusions of biological products. The ideal candidate will be their own boss, self schedule, and provide exceptional patient care in administering infusion therapy and managing patient responses.

Responsibilities:
- Administer infusion therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patients during infusion therapy for any adverse reactions or side effects
- Educate patients and their families on biological infusion therapy procedures and self-care techniques
- Document patient responses and treatment outcomes accurately in medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain a safe environment for patients and family members during infusion procedures

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (MA)

- Proven experience in biologic infusion therapy
- Knowledge of HIPAA & HITECH regulations and patient confidentiality protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members
- Ability to work autonomously and make critical decisions regarding patient care
