That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?
In short, as a Systems Administrator, you will support the day-to-day IT operations of area DriveTime Car Sales locations with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose Desktop, Server, and system-related issues. Strong technical skills relating to Windows 11, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Systems Administration tasks are required in this role.
·Microsoft Windows Active Directory auditing, maintenance, and troubleshooting (GPO, User\Computer accounts).
·Windows Server troubleshooting.
·Assist with System Administration projects ranging from new store locations to system implementation.
·Experience managing sites remotely.
·Microsoft 365, DNS, and DHCP support and maintenance.
·Administration, support, and maintenance of corporate printing solutions.
·Configure and implement 3rd party and native windows solutions to support various projects and systems.
·Support of corporate and field site IDF\MDFs.
·Works with our field sites on network and IT-related troubleshooting.
·Works with Data Center Services team members to execute projects and tasks as needed.
·Maintain maximum system up time for maximum end-user productivity.
·Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to rapid change.
·Escalation for Tier 1 support tickets.
So, What Kind of Folks Are We Looking for?
·6 years of progressive IT Operations experience with at least 2 years in a Systems Administration role for an Enterprise.
·Strong Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP management, and troubleshooting experience.
·PowerShell scripting with the ability to automate redundant tasks.
·Experience working with SaaS cloud systems and support (Including SSO and SCIM).
·Cisco/Meraki SDWAN troubleshooting experience.
·Works with minimal supervision.
·Exhibits strong customer service skills.
·High School Diploma or equivalent.
·Schedule: Regular working hours with scheduled on-call rotation one week a month.
·Hybrid work with at least 2 days a week in the office, which could be more as business dictates.
Nice to have but not required:
·Microsoft 365 SharePoint experience.
·Mobile Device Management (MDM):
·Intune, MobiControl and Kandji.
·Access Controls/Security (Physical and camera):
·Verkada, Kantech/Entrapass and Milestone.
·Enterprise Application upgrade and troubleshooting experience.
·Knowledge and support experience with Apple MacBook and mobile devices.
·MCSA or MCSE.
·CCENT or CCNA.
