We are looking to add a Full - Time Office Manager to our team here at Excellence in Dentistry of Gurnee to help us continue our tradition of providing the highest quality patient care available.

Excellence in Dentistry of Gurnee operates on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 8:30 AM - 6 PM, Thursday from 8:30 AM - 7 PM, and Friday from 8:30 AM - 1 PM.

As an Office Manager, you will:

• Work closely with the Regional Directors of Operation, the doctor(s) and staff to assure that all of the business aspects of the practice are functioning in an orderly and proficient manner
• Oversee patient care by scheduling appointments, coordinating financial arrangements (including billing and insurance), maintaining patient records, and following up on delinquent accounts.
• Educate and motivate support staff to achieve excellent customer service and patient satisfaction from services rendered by the practice staff.
• Partner with other corporate departments including human resources, and accounting
• Communicate with the company and practice philosophy through systems, problem-solving and communication.
• Act as the main conduit of information between Regional Directors of Operation, doctor(s) and staff
• Create a positive work environment for team members
• Possess a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience and/or training preferred
