Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Project Manager (Scrum experience) to join their team for an onsite position in Miami, FL. This resource will work the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.Job Overview:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Scrum and Project Management
- Must have JIRA experience
- Agile Concepts experience
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile)
- Ability to develop and manage project plans, and timelines
- Proficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks and teams simultaneously
- Understanding of infrastructure systems and managed previous projects
- Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools used in infrastructure projects
- Proactive identification and assessment of project risks
- Development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies
- Commitment to ensuring the quality and safety of infrastructure projects
- Implementation of quality assurance processes and standards
- Ability to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions
- Resourcefulness in addressing unexpected challenges during project execution
- Will lead multiple projects simultaneously, small to large
- Responsible for projects, from conception to delivery, or starts during ongoing projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Strong focus on client satisfaction and relationship-building
- Regular communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to inspire and motivate team members towards project goals
- Decisiveness and problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise
- Knowledge of engineering principles and construction processes is a plus
- Proficiency in budgeting and cost control to ensure projects stay within financial constraints is a plus
- Experience with procurement processes and contract management is a plus
- Certifications are a plus but not required
