Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Active, valid NJ LPN license required
• Preferred at least 6 months minimum of Skilled, Rehab and/or Long Term Care nursing experience.
• BLS/CPR/ACLS Certified
• COVID Vaccine and Booster required
• Flu Shot required
