Excel Truck Group is seeking an Experienced Mobile Diesel Technician to join the Chesapeake, VA team. This role would primarily focus on repairing diesel trucks off-site and working closely with customers to find the best solution
If you have experience as a diesel truck technician, we want to hear from you. Certifications are a plus and can earn you an increase in wages. Experience with Freightliner, Mack, Sterling, Caterpillar, Detroit Diesel, and/or Cummins ideal but not required. Completion of a Diesel technician school and certification desired.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and or scheduled maintenance as needed as a mobile Technician at our customers location.
• Perform State Inspections and CDL.
• Diagnose and repair on the roadside and or not at our dealership.
• Prepare work orders for repairs and works closely with our Parts department to insure an efficient repair.
• Train and maintain certifications necessary as ongoing technician training and development.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
