Excel Temporary Service is Hiring a Physical Therapist Near Casa Grande, AZ
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories and physical conditions
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility
- Utilize trigger point therapy and other specialized techniques to address specific areas of pain or dysfunction
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
