Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule construction projects, including determining manpower requirements and material needs
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including managing subcontractors, scheduling inspections, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, resolve issues, and provide guidance to construction crews
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
- Manage project budget and expenses to ensure cost control and profitability
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe work environment for all workers
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of construction workers
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
