Excel Academy is Hiring an Educational Consultant Near Henderson, NV

We are looking for an experienced Educational Consultant in the tutoring center! This is a part-time opportunity to join the administrative team and support customer care service.

Job Description

  • Conduct consultatons to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our program/services.
  • Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or program.
  • Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in our target area.
  • Use promotional methods such as phone calls, emails, and social media to reach potential clients and build a long-lasting business relationship with them.
  • Become an expert in our program offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our services.
  • Determine new ways to make program appealing by observing the environment and current trends.
  • Analyzes student performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conducts assessments to determine the educational needs of clients or institutions.
  • Collaborates with tutors and administrators to develop a curriculum that aligns with local, state, and federal standards and goals.
  • Coordinate customers' and tutors' scheduling.
  • Create/Review customers' invoices.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, text).
  • Create and update records and databases with general administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with managers and academic coordinators.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Submit timely reports by using the task management system.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Provide detail-oriented and timely-mannered work.

Qualifications

  • BS preferred; equivalent training and experience are also acceptable.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and consulting
  • Preferred counseling experiences in schools
  • To be a successful career, the candidate must have reliable, consistent work availability, passion for the educational field, and collective sales/invoicing/scheduling experience.
  • Knowledge of customer base and billing requirements, customer terms and conditions, customer pricing, and customer billing package requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Window or Mac OS skills (Microsoft: Word and Excel / iWork: Numbers)
  • Must be able to work satisfactorily in high peak workload situations.
  • Strong Productivity and Dependability process skills.
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation.
  • Strong, mature, and confident, with a high degree of personal motivation and energy. Pro-active.
  • Must provide strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and team skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
