Our organization is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, including managing staff, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction levels and take appropriate action to improve them.
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas of improvement in practice operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,312.00 - $64,026.00 per year
