A local small excavation company is seeking to fill an Excavation Foreman Position. This position will be tasked with working on high end residential homes and small commercial projects. Knowledge in both fields is preferred but we are willing to work with someone who has experience with one side but not the other.

requirements for the position are as follows:

- Show up on time

- Must have a valid driver’s license

- Have the skills required to operate a pickup and trailer daily

- The ability to direct, teach and guide members of your crew

- Must have working knowledge of grade techniques and how to establish elevation and slopes

- Poses the knowledge for installation of sewer, water and power lines

- Must be able to run a skid steer, excavator, loader, dozer and roller proficiently

- Have working knowledge of shoring and trenching safety standards

- Locate and work around live utilities

- Complete jobs on time and in a productive manner

- Have a good attitude and the willingness to succeed
