We are hiring! Come lead a well-respected 54 year-old precision manufacturing facility in South Bend, IN. EXACTO, Inc. is seeking a very ambitious and motivated individual to fill the role of Plant Manager. EXACTO is a manufacturer of high-precision machined parts for a variety of industries, including automotive, industrial, and heavy truck. If you have a proven, strong background in successfully managing a machining manufacture facility, we are looking for you!

As Plant Manager, you are self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset, and possess the skills for successful decision-making and problem-solving. You lead by example and manage by walking around. You have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate our team of skilled and dedicated employees.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations in a precision manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production processes.
- Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing operations.
- Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve production targets.
- Coordinate with various departments to optimize workflow and meet quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address any issues and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
- Strong background in precision manufacturing, with a focus on machining processes
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders
- Experience working in a manufacturing facility, understanding the operations and processes involved
- Proven track record in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing operations

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
