Job Details: The delivery technician will work along the conveyor to ensure that the incoming and outgoing shipments are handled accurately and efficiently. They will also support the receiving technician activities. This technician will be expected to personify our Core Values each day and be committed to deliver on our Patient Promise. Responsibilities Processing outgoing patient orders through the sorter. Processing outgoing patient orders at the manual manifest station. Maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of outgoing patient orders. Receiving incoming shipment from various carriers. Organizing the daily outgoing orders to the appropriate carriers Demonstrates superior written and verbal skills to communicate with internal counterparts to resolve patient issues. Exhibits the Core Values in their daily work to deliver on our Patient Promise. Other duties as assigned Skills & Abilities Ability to use a pallet jack and scissor lift. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong prioritization and organizational skills. Ability to use multiple software programs to fulfill medication orders. Maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Passion to help people and enrich their lives. Ability to exhibit ExactCare’s Core Values in daily work. Requirements Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be 18 years of age. High school diploma/GED required. Ability to work Sunday into Friday, third shift.
