• Job Title : Warehouse Associate
• Location : Salem, OR
• Pay : $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience
• Day Shift : Mon-Fri

Job duties will be primarily in the warehouse. This position will report directly to Warehouse Shift Supervisor daily to determine assignment(s) for the shift.

Primary Job Functions will include :

• Accurate filling of "Will Call" orders and loading customers’ vehicles.
• Accurate filling of "Delivery" orders, bundling of the products, moving products through the warehouse and organizing them for shipment.
• Storing inventory in the warehouse with forklifts, and overhead cranes.
• Assisting the loading of trucks with others
• Running Cut-off Saws and assisting the Sawing Dept. activities as needed.
• Cleaning, empty trash, picking up debris in the yard, sweeping the warehouse, weeding the yard, washing the pickup and flatbed trucks are all part of your job duties.

You will work together with other employees to improve and increase business for and to support the customer. A teamwork attitude is required in all aspects of our business.

Your performance will be evaluated on :

• Your professionalism in how you do your job and treat customers.
• Accuracy of orders pulled by you and picked up by customers or shipped on our trucks.
• The quantity of orders pulled by you and the appearance of your bundles.
• Your ability to maintain our trucks in a clean, safe and in operating condition at all times.
• Your attendance record and your ability to get along well with your co-workers.
