HOW YOU WILL IMPACT THE BIG PICTURE:

As the On-Air Promotions Producer/Editor, you’ll play a pivotal role on our Creative Services team by concepting, creating, and editing interstitials for EWTN. Your on-air promotions (such as image spots, short fillers, program promos) will help communicate exciting new programming initiatives to our viewers and further build the brand image of the Network.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Oversee all aspects of the creation of spots including concepting, storyboard design, copywriting, field production, and crew supervision.
• Direct talent in-studio and on location and oversee music selection, voice-over coordination, and work closely with the graphic design department on graphics selection.
• Execute all post-production video editing including color correction, sound editing and more.

ABOUT YOU:

• You have at least 2-3 years’ experience in television promotion or equivalent.
• You are proficient in all aspects of post-production video editing, preferably on Adobe Premiere Pro or similar. Skills should include color correction and chroma key ability.
• You possess excellent copywriting skills and are experienced with script writing and storyboarding.
• You are familiar with EWTN programming & can demonstrate an understanding of the Catholic Faith.
• You have strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while on deadline.
• You have the ability to work independently while also working collaboratively with a variety of teams.
• You are available to work a flexible schedule when needed.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or production, or equivalent training and experience in a relevant field.
