EWTN Global Catholic Network is Hiring an Imaging Specialist Near Birmingham, AL

Full-time, onsite in Irondale (Birmingham), AL. Not remote-eligible.

HOW YOU WILL IMPACT THE BIG PICTURE:

As an Imaging Specialist at EWTN, you will play a crucial role in the mission advancement department by sorting, opening, reviewing, preparing, and scanning donation correspondence. By utilizing high-speed imaging equipment and ensuring accurate processing, you will contribute to the effective management of donor information and EWTN's fundraising performance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Sort, open, review, and prepare incoming mailed donor correspondence and donations for imaging or separate processing as required.
  • Scan checks and other donation correspondence using high-speed imaging equipment.
  • Regularly clean imaging equipment and clear jams as necessary.
  • Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and escalate service issues as appropriate.
  • Prepare reports on imaging statistics as requested.
  • Review returned mail and update donor records accordingly.

ABOUT YOU:

  • You have a minimum of 1-2 years of imaging prep and scanning experience.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and possess sharp computer skills.
  • You have strong organization skills with an attention to detail.
  • You work well in a collaborative, team environment.
  • You are able to pass a financial background check.
