The Assistant Center Manager is responsible for leading by example and ensuring every guest has a memorable and inviting experience. This includes but is not limited to:

• Leading a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists
• Consistently modeling guest service behaviors
• Supporting and enhancing a positive, fun and performance-oriented workplace culture
• Living the EWC values
• Recruiting, development and retention of talent
• Selling Wax Passes
• Loss prevention
• Expense control
• Training & coaching associates
• Center cleanliness.

• Minimum Experience -- 1 year management experience in the service, wellness or beauty industry with proven results
• Guest service -- Ability to function as a role model, ensuring the guest remains top priority
• Store Operations -- Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines and follow up on Center activities
• Sales -- Proven ability to sell based on educating the customer about the benefits of the service or product
