EWA GSI is seeking a Senior Gameplay Engineer to join our tactical training developer team and lead efforts bringing game theory and design products and solutions to diverse and exciting projects for our military customers across the DoD. You’ll work alongside subject matter experts, other senior engineers, and management to build a gaming team of excellence in EWA GSI and launch engaging high-quality training solutions using gaming technologies. You’ll lead a development team with high autonomy and consistently use your expertise and experiences to mentor and grow your team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 7 years of industry and/or relevant technical experience
Proven experience working in a team environment
Highly skilled in either C/C or C#
Unity and/or Unreal engine experience
Deep understanding of algorithms, performance, and optimization
Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
Subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
