We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating our organization's systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements. Duties:
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives
- Design and develop solutions that meet business needs
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Document system specifications, processes, and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in discipline with one-year experience or equivalent with 1-5 years of experience
• IT Certifications applicable to desktop and mobile computer support desired
• Experience providing excellent customer service
• Demonstrated proficiency working independently to provide service
• Demonstrated leadership skills

Requirements

• Active Top-Secret clearance required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, must be physically able to walk, squat, bend, twist, lift, crawl under desks, reach, carry items, push and pull carts loaded with equipment

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
