Job Overview
Evri Network, a leading provider of Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) services, is seeking a dynamic and skilled EVSE Cleaning Technician to join our dedicated team. As an EVSE Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and optimal performance of electric vehicle charging stations.
As a Part-Time EVSE Cleaning Technician, you will ensure the cleanliness, safety, and optimal performance of electric vehicle charging stations.

Responsibilities
Routine Cleaning and Inspection:
- Perform regular cleaning and inspections of electric vehicle charging stations on a monthly basis.
- Adhere to industry best practices and use environmentally-friendly cleaning agents.
Dispatch Response:
- Respond promptly to additional dispatches within 4 hours of notification.
- Address urgent cleaning and inspection requirements efficiently.
Health and Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to relevant health and safety regulations, prioritizing user and technician safety.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Generate detailed inspection reports through our app, including images and descriptions, within 1 hour after the completion of each service visit.
- Maintain transparent and comprehensive documentation of cleaning activities.
Customer Interaction:
- Interact with customers professionally, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing additional information as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Certifications: Certification in EVSE services preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in a cleaning or maintenance role; experience in EVSE services is a plus.
- Skills: Knowledge of electric vehicle charging systems and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Technical aptitude for maintaining and inspecting EVSE equipment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Experience with hand and power tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with electric vehicle charging infrastructure is a plus.
