Job Description:

Seeking a Program Industrial Manager with expertise in satellite/space component manufacturing and electronic fields. This role is central to enhancing our production processes and maintaining our industry leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Program Industrial Managers, aligning actions with strategic goals.
• Manage satellite production and testing; apply electronic field expertise.
• Implement schedule management and S&OP.
• Demonstrate leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Experience in satellite/space component production and testing.
• Technical skills in the electronic field.
• Knowledge of schedule management and S&OP.
• Proven leadership and team management ability.
• Degree in STEM, with 5 years in aerospace.
• Strong communication skills; additional languages a plus.
• Must be a US Citizen.
