Business Operations Specialist - Boulder, CO

Salary: $65,000.00 to $110,000.00

Your Role: As a Business Operations Specialist, you will support various departments, manage projects, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing procedures, SOPs, and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Facilitating coordination across departments (HR, IT, Finance, etc.)
• Leading and coordinating business operations projects
• Handling administrative tasks to enhance productivity
• Organizing company events and supporting marketing efforts
• Analyzing workflows for operational excellence
• Conducting research and grant writing for strategic initiatives
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement
• Assisting in establishing a Quality Management Program

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration; MBA preferred
• Experience in business operations or administrative roles
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of quality improvement frameworks (Six Sigma, Lean)
