The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for interpreting entering data related to shipping orders, both into and out of multiple warehouse locations along with other related duties.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 11am-7p or until completion of tasks.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:

• Print and interpret data from multiple formats for entry into WMS using computer programs;

• Prepare inbound and outbound shipment for processing by warehouse personnel;

• Perform other related work as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school Diploma or equivalent;
• General clerical experience;
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provided the required knowledge, skills, and abilities;
• Warehousing experience is a must;
• Customers Service Skills is a must;
• Ability to move smoothly between applications such as email, WMS, and Microsoft Office Suite
• General knowledge of common office practices such scanning, maintaining records, verifying documents, etc.
• General knowledge of standard bookkeeping principles
