In this role you will be responsible for · Develop and maintain a comprehensive grasp of financial reporting and general ledger structures. · Conduct detailed reviews of quarterly and annual Funds' financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to US GAAP standards. · Collaborate with the Finance management team to facilitate precise and punctual audit and tax filings. This involves liaising with external service providers, researching intricate tax and accounting matters as necessary, and contributing to both internal and external audit and tax processes. · Monitor cash positions across various Funds and forecast future cash requirements.· Assess capital calls and distributions to limited partners, as well as those associated with underlying investments.· Provide assistance with regulatory compliance matters as required. · Work closely with the finance management team to advance overall departmental and company objectives. · Analyze departmental operations to identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency and resource utilization while upholding accuracy standards. · Address inquiries from limited partners regarding financial outcomes and special reporting requests, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. · Assist the finance management team in advising a team of accountants on the management of non-routine reporting transactions. · Offer mentorship and guidance to junior team members
