Evolve Psychology is looking for a thoughtful and motivated therapist to join our practice. We welcome clinicians who are looking for part-time, as well as full-time employment. Priority is given to clinicians who have an interest in working with a variety of clients and are willing to work evening and weekend hours.

Ideal Candidates should have:

- a current Mi License in the LARA system (LPC, LP, LLP, LMSW)

- good diagnostic and therapeutic skills

- proficiency at building long-term therapeutic rapport with patients

- foundational knowledge of clinical skills and treatment planning

- comfort providing in-person and/or virtual therapy services

- comfort sharing office space with other clinicians

- eagerness to grow as a clinician

- good communication and time management skills

- ability to work independently and be organized

- interest in being part of a group practice

- proficiency with computers and computer-based programs for record-keeping, scheduling, etc.

- high level of professionalism

Compensation:

Clinicians are paid on commission with a fee-split ranging from 50-7-% (1099 Independent Contractor). Pay is variable and is based on patient's insurance, ability to maintain relationships with patients, number of patients a clinician wants to see each week, clinician's experience, and other factors.
