Duties:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate

• Collect and process laboratory specimens, including phlebotomy and venipuncture
• Assist with sterile processing of medical equipment
• Provide patient education on various health topics, including family planning and senior care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in [state]
