Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Visual Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Visual Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our target audience across various platforms. This role requires an attention for detail for design, proficiency in multimedia software, and a passion for storytelling through visual media.

Responsibilities:

• Create, design, and produce high-quality visual content including images, videos, infographics, and animations for use across digital platforms such as websites, social media, email campaigns, and presentations.
• Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand identity across all channels.
• Capture and edit professional photos and videos for promotional materials, product showcases, events, and other marketing initiatives.
• Develop engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various purposes including advertisements, marketing materials, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and develop storyboards and scripts for video projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and target audience.
• Create dynamic motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video content and engage viewers.
• Edit and enhance raw footage and audio recordings to produce polished and cohesive final products.
• Optimize visual content for different platforms and devices, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
• Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in visual media production, and incorporate innovative techniques into our content strategy.

Requirements:

• High school Diploma or GED in addition to equivalent experience(s) that would facilitate the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or related field preferred. (Not required)
• At least one year of proven experience as a Visual Media Specialist, Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative projects.
• At least one year of proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, and other multimedia tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent photography and videography skills, including knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and composition.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
