Job Description
EvolutionHR is seeking Production Machine Operators for IMMEDIATE Openings in the greater Roanoke area.
Varying Skill Levels, seeking 6 months minimum of experience in manufacturing and running ANY of the Following :
- Surface Mount
- Thru Hole
- Board Cutter
- Extrusion
- Conversion
- Printing Press
PAY is based on Experience, Shift, AND Machine!
$14.00 to $18.00 per Hour Over Time pay.

Responsibilities for Production Machine Operators :
- Working in a manufacturing production environment, will be required to operate and maintain assigned machine during entire shift- this includes assisting with troubleshooting any machine issues
- Provide Assistance to other production areas as needed
- Loading and Unloading of materials for assigned Machines
- Ensuring the upkeep and assisting with maintenance and support of assigned machines.
Requirements
- Mechanically inclined OR have experience working on production machines!
- PRIOR Manufacturing Experience as a Machine Operator, Machine Assistant OR Operator Assistant- required.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push or pull up to 10 lbs. constantly
- Must be able to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Must pass drug screen and Background requirements prior to starting in this position.
