Job Description
- Select and optimize fabrication methods for parts.
- Develop and refine fabrication processes.
- Create CNC programs if machining is required.
- Fabricate parts to meet quality standards.
- Ensure availability of necessary tools and materials.
- Recommend job organization improvements.
- Maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Cover for absent colleagues during working hours.
- Fulfill other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Vocational or secondary education with a career track in fabrication.
- Proficiency in professional English.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in engineering material fabrication.
- Knowledge of manual, machine, and CNC fabrication methods.
- Familiarity with CNC milling, turning, and 3D printing.
- Ability to select appropriate fabrication methods.
- Proficiency in mechanical design CAD and CAM tools.
- Understanding of engineering material properties.
- Computer literacy in office and engineering software.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication of technical knowledge.
- Personal attributes: goal-oriented, team player, eager to learn and stay updated with fabrication advancements.
