We are looking for an Experienced HVAC TECHNICIAN / Manager to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
Sign-on bonus!
Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Install Chillers, Bollers, and Refrigeration units
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagram
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Estimation residential projects
- Determine property maintenance agreements.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 4 years experience
- Must have strong troubleshooting skills
- Must be able to work on your own or with a team
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be tech literate (iPhone, ipad, laptop as needed)
- Must know how to read plans (wet, dry, controls)
- Must be prompt and dependable
- Must have OSHA 10 at time of hire, OSHA 30 at 30 days

- Exhaust hoods

- Powered dampers

- Air doors, and more.
