EvolutionHR is currently looking for Molding Technicians in Roanoke, VA.
PAID TRAINING | LEARN NEW SKILLS | POTENTIAL FOR PERMANENT JOB

• Operating various machines producing parts/products that will be assembled throughout the facility.
• The Molding Technician will also be responsible for packaging parts for shipment, using method(s) prescribed by instructions.

Main Responsibilities of the Molding Technician:

• Off-load product from machine during run, as instructed by routing or supervisor
• Fan fold lids of boxes of parts before cleaning equipment floors
• Understand and follow quality-related standards and documentation
• Determine proper disposition of non-conforming product as desired

• Experience/interest working in the Manufacturing industry
• Extensive attention to detail, focus and the ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work with basic measurement tools to confirm product/part specifications
• Ability to stand, stoop, kneel and maneuver up to 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background requirements

• $15-$15.50/hour
• Shift options: first, second, and third
