Role and Responsibilities:

As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of children through your work. Your responsibilities may include:

Establishing a supportive and nurturing relationship with children and their families.

Creating a safe and engaging environment that promotes learning and development.

Coordinating schedules.

Documenting visits.

Performing Exams and Neurological Scans.

Communicating and building strong relationships with parents/guardians to provide updates and address concerns.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our programs and services through innovative ideas and feedback.

Basic cleaning and office paperwork duties daily.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

A genuine passion for working with children and a desire to positively impact their lives.

Previous experience in a child-focused role (e.g., education, childcare, counseling) is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with children/parents and build rapport.

Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities, with a desire to work in a supportive and positive environment.

A commitment to ongoing professional growth and development in the field of Pediatric Neurological Chiropractic.

A values-driven mindset, aligned with our mission and vision.

Typing Skills to exceed 50wpm minimum.

Willingness to learn and open to feedback.

High School Diploma.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
