We are now searching for a skilled and vivacious person to fill the position of Regional Manager.

Building, implementing, and administering several processes to guarantee the success of our trailer park homes throughout the Huntsville, Alabama, region will be your primary responsibility as the Regional Manager.

Compensation:

• Salary Range $70,000 - $80,000 DOE

$70,000 - $80,000 yearly

• Analyze the difficulties associated with each property
• Track marketing efforts for each property
• Assess the performance of maintenance/management teams with weekly benchmarks and performance measures
• Intervene when resident issues cannot be dealt with by the managers
• Determine the manager’s effectiveness and give instruction and leadership to Property Managers across different mobile home parks
• Present regular performance summaries, accounts, and advice to leadership

• 3 years of regional property management experience (Experience with Mobile Home Parks is a MUST)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
• Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to problem solve and work independently of others
• Strong knowledge of property management principles, including leasing, operations, financial analysis, and maintenance
• Ability to monitor financial results
