Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations and ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of all equipment and facilities. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to supervise a team.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians and staff
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repairs
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions using logic controllers and other diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or degrees preferred
- Proven experience in maintenance management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage equipment
- Proficient in project management principles and practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues using logic controllers and other diagnostic tools
- Experience in fabricating or modifying equipment is a plus
- Proficient in English language (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
