Job Title: Designated Power Washer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and diligent Designated Power Washer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate power washing equipment to clean and maintain various surfaces such as houses, buildings, decks, driveways, patios, Roof Washing, and other more.

The ideal candidate will have experience with power washing equipment and techniques, possess excellent attention to detail, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. It's imperative that the candidate has transportation available to commute to local towns for job assignments, and having a pick-up truck or a vehicle capable of transporting a power washer machine is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Operate power washing equipment to clean designated areas efficiently and effectively.
• Inspect surfaces for dirt, grime, mold, and other contaminants prior to cleaning.
• Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and adjust pressure settings as necessary to achieve desired results without causing damage.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain and troubleshoot power washing equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Adhere to schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and address any issues or concerns.
• Keep accurate records of work completed, including time spent on each job and any materials used.
• Assist with other maintenance tasks and projects as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating power washing equipment and performing related tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address areas requiring cleaning.
• Knowledge of cleaning solutions, chemicals, and their safe usage.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Understanding of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or overtime as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
