Evision Medical Adult Care Center RN /LPN would be creating care plans, doing initial and ongoing assessments, administering medication, attending to medical needs such as dressing changes, checking blood sugars, if appropriate, and so on. You would be communicating with family members/caregivers, completing state required documentation, and generally interacting with clients. Overseeing assistant and
medical technician. The RN is expected to lead by example by being a strategic, proactive, productive and thoughtful leader; maintaining a positive attitude and environment; keeping our clients safe; and always working to enhance the trust with the people we serve. Must know the LTSS Maryland System!!

Duties/Responsibilities:
● Completion of the ADCAPS and the nursing plan of care.
● Provision or supervision, or both, of required nursing services to each participant;
● Supervision of the LPN and other nursing care staff in accordance with COMAR 10.27.09,
10.27.10, and 10.27.11.05H(1);
● Development and ongoing review of the participant's plan of care; and
● Assisting, as necessary, in the delivery of other required services.

● Bachelor's degree, preferably in a health and human services field, from an accredited college or university, or the individual shall be a registered nurse.
● Minimum of three-years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting; additional requirements as mandated by state-specific regulatory guidelines.
